	Liquid Siding® Surface Conditioner™ is a conditioner and penetrating sealer that acts as a bonding agent for the rest of the system once the coat is cured.
	Liquid Siding® Prime Gard™ is used for sealing and stain blocking the exterior of your building. No other sealer or stain blocker compares to the quality of our Prime Gard.
	Liquid Siding® Thermalcoat™ is the key element in the Liquid Siding System. A thermal barrier is added to the system to keep out the harsh elements. No other company incorporates a thermal barrier and that is the difference of a true All-Weather Protective Coating for your building.
	Liquid Siding® Topcoat™ was developed to encapsulate the entire system by adding flexibility to the coating and prevent surface cracking from being visible, while giving it the ability to tint with nearly any color of your choice.

Originally developed for coating lighthouses, Liquid Siding will resist the effects of salt water, wind, rain and temperature changes. Instead of having to perform constant maintenance on paint by having to reassemble scaffolding and high lifts, interfering in the resorts availability to staying 100% occupied, Liquid Siding will allow your resort to maintain its clean appearance year after year.

The science behind Liquid Siding is at the forefront of technology. Many factors contribute to Liquid Siding's superior performance... Liquid Siding employs a super-thin layer of proprietary microspheres that is applied to approximately the thickness of a credit card. These extremely durable, heat-reflective particles are the key to protecting your building envelope from the extremes of temperature for years to come.

Liquid Siding is able to stretch—up to 645%—and to recover its original shape. This is important because buildings naturally settle and shift over time, resulting in small cracks or splits. Liquid Siding literally stretches, ensuring such cracks remain hidden from view, and sealed from the elements. Liquid Siding's unique composition resists mold, mildew and dirt. All of which ensures that the beautiful finish laid down by our applicators lasts for a long time.

Liquid Siding is also vapor permeable. Moisture that’s normally trapped below the surface is allowed to pass through in the form of vapor. This means that Liquid Siding can limit your exposure to mold and mold spores that gradually destroy the things that they grow on.
